Ok, maybe I shouldn't increase Fade Bolt damage, but mana cost should be lowered. Also, I would decrease cooldown just a little bit on Telekinesis.

I think if CM gets a buff it's either gonna be higher base damage, (increased maybe to like 43 or something idk)
Increased base ms to 285/290
Reduced lvl ulti cooldown, maybe to 140 or 130, sorta like they did with chain frost lvl 1 cd, not sure though.

At least if she does get a buff of some kind i think it will be something along one of these lines.

I think what sucks about CM is Frostbite range, not even MS or starting INT. You are a squshy support with 280 ms, and you have to come very close to cast a spell that won't even prevent the target from throwing some nasty **** at you and pummel your crystall *** as soon as they are out of the root. Really Icefrog? Really?

I don't think Rubick needs any buffs or nerfs. The hero is in a good place imo.

I think you all forgot the key issue, troll.

what im looking for here is: lifesteal no longer works on this hero, he has no bash, ult is on 100 cd axes no longer grants flying vision or a miss chance and deals 3 damage, sounds perfect to me
