okay, about time for some serious insight.

In my opinion, the most efficient way to build Juggernaut in the current meta is :
  • Start with a Wraith Band and a set of Tangoes.
  • Rush Ring of Aquilla and pick up brown boots.
  • Buy a Bracer, complete your Phase Boots.
  • Get a Morbid Mask and then go into the jungle for safer farm.
  • Complete Mask of Madness, you can now pickoff heroes if you want to.
  • Now work Towards your Maelstrom, farming heroes/Creeps as you seem appropriate, asking the supports to stack ancients.
  • now you can Choose to either increase your creep farming speed and Damage in Ultimate with Mjollnir or increasing your overall killing ability with a Skull Basher.
  • Make other items as necessary.

I personally think that skull basher + maelstrom + MoM is a very deadly combination, able to take almost every carry 1 v 1 (other than Troll mofo maybe)
