How can you rise MMR as a support?

I think as a support you need to train only decision making. Everything else will come with time, but learning decision making is by far the hardest skill. You need knowledge and the ability to anticipate which is not easy to acquire and takes time + dedication.
Seizing opportunities and being efficient as well as the ability to find value out of any situation is what makes a support good.

This would actually be a "Mentoring" thread tbh, or "Theorycrafting" if it's aimed at how to raise MMR as a Support in general.
