When you add his ~900 magic burst to his slow AND 3 second stun...he's one of the best gankers in the game. And he can build right-click and BKB on top of his blink-refresher so he scales as a damage-dealer as well.

Magnus is the most late game oriented initiator. Lowest cooldown and strongest stun, but that's really all he does. He is extremely focused, and quite possibly the 2nd biggest walking ult in the game (its really obvious who the 1st is). Thus, it better be an awesome ult.
