If possible, wait until creeps are cleared before omnislahing. If you get lifesteal, remember that you're invulnerable and gaining life during your ultimate. This is pretty abusable. You can damage buildings with your attack during spin. You can also tp during spin to escape in many otherwise hopeless situations.
The boots first build assumes you and your allies are aggressively going for a First Blood with Bladestorm. Get normal items otherwise.
