wisp is best ganger hero ; need travel because you are ganger and blood seeker ,Weawer ,lycan or balanar in your team and you dont use 1 skill because you have power trades and you used first skil but he is noob and dead you dont run with power trades
for hp i said use bloodstone and late game your need to travel for gang and defance

-1 for a variety of reasons; too many recommended items for support Io, Bottle first and so on. Boots of Travel is unnecessary as well (you have Relocate and need cheap HP, get Power Treads instead).

Bottle your friends usable , vladmr your team and your ulti and first skil use in the your team little hp fşrends go your base for healt and come back full hp
