You can use powershot to finish escaping heroes or to grant vision. Powershot is very good in the early game by harassing and sometimes killing heroes in lane.
Try to use this on close escaping enemies. Use your blink to line up with a tree or hero.
After you shackle, lead with focus fire into powershot.
Windrun is your bread and butter escape and kill secure. Use it to chase and slow weak heroes. You can also use it after your shackle ends to protect yourself from incoming damage. At level 20, upgrade the invisibility windrun tree and it becomes an escape and an entry.
Use focus fire on any target you want to kill. You mainly want to combine focus fire with shackleshot for an easy pick.
