This item build can make your windranger become from a support to a carry
once you stun an enemy they will instantly die but if the stunned enemy has reinforcements
the stunned enemy has a 30% chance to escape without dying. once the enemy gets stunned
use focus fire if creeps or other enemies are just using there primary melee/ranged attacks
on you while shooting at the stunned enemy use windrun to make there attacks miss but dont
run from the fight and just keep shooting the stunned enemy unless you have to
