Removed Quelling Blade from core items also removed Vanguard from situational items cause doesn't stack with passive Kraken shell . Also added to situational items Perseverance which will help if you have mana problems and later you can upgrade it to Refresher Orb
Ok then i will try that and change it in the skill build i like your comments guys and tips cause it will help me make better guide since this is my first one. thanks for commenting!!! :)
I have the quelling blade in core so i can farm and thats why i don't use Anchor Smash to farm. I save my mana for the fights. But you can skip the quelling blade if you want.

Arcane Boots or Perseverance will fix the mana issue.
And later on you can turn the Perseverance into Refresher Orb.
Also, max Anchor Smash instead of Kraken Shell, it helps you farm more.
Why the quelling blade core though?
