Well but a late Daedalus is a must. In the past it sucked on Weaver because of his second attack not being able to crit. But now it should be included i think.
And where is the Eye of Skadi?

Very good guide overall! +1 from me. The only thing I wanted to point out was adding a bit of survivability in the early game, maybe something like a Wraith Band? In my opinion, in the core items, I would rush a Power Treads than either get a Linken's Sphere or a Desolator, and if you are fed, pick up a Mjollnir asap so you can have large carry potential, especially if you have a Desolator. All I'm saying is just to switch up the item sequence a bit. But like I said before, good guide!

Well, it's your personal choice I wrote this build just for the main idea for Weaver feel free to buy something that you need while game since Dota 2 can't be predicted or how it will be.
Try to be flexible and you will be able how to win this game

I think that the reason that we're not happy with the guide is entirely dependent on the skill build. Generally, you would max Shukuchi by 7, with Geminate Attack. Whenever you can't get Shukuchi or Time Lapse, you get Geminate Attack. Also, you usually put off The Swarm until your other skills are maxed out. Wether this is actually the best plan of action depends on the game, but it's generally considered the best build in most situations. Overall, great guide.

Also, your items are just fine; don't worry about it. I feel like the best way to improve the guide is to add more to it. For example, what counters Weaver? A good answer would be Doom and heroes that have long silences and lots of burst damage. Perhaps, just add on more sections.

Thanks for your feedback! this is my first build btw xD hehe. Doom always bring doom for their enemy

Lots of people are not taking swarm till level 10. I myself take swarm at 4 and then max it last. It will be good to explain why are you taking it at level 1. Add Mjollnir to situational items if you want it is pretty good on Weaver.

Yes, lots of them! maybe the reason mostly high mana cost, since lvl 1 Time Lapse consume 150 mana it's pretty risky though The Swarm has armor decreasing it will raise ouy chance to kill enemy faster

Attack speed is bad for weaver as geminate attack isnt chance based

Well, I would say yes for that but in this build I use Monkey King Bar as core item since Weaver don't have any stun skill so I decided to add some attack speed for ministun from Monkey King Bar

Kody, thats a situational build where you have team synergy with the swarm. Otherwise, it takes quite the chunk of mana to use and will make life hell if you cant make that pay off for you.

I always prioritize shukuchi. And then i decide whether i want geminate or swarm early game.
3 ticks of swarm are enough early game. And i am fine if someone puts only 1 level in it.

I often to maximize Geminate Attack first than Shukuchi because it will help me while farming and harrassing without using lot of mana :D thanks for feedback

The Swarm is one of the most powerful skills in the game. you can push with it, team-fight, farm, scout, etc. so dissapoint

well i forgot to mention this skill sequence not exactly what you should get~ so i put it randomly xD hehe and also i use this build for distracting enemy from grouping so i dont need The Swarm too much and the other reason high mana cost
