permanently.
And with Mask of Madness:

+240 Attackspeed

+10 Strength
+80 Movement Speed
70% dodge
17% Lifesteal
for 12 seconds.
I played the second and third itembuild a while but I think I can max it out a bit.
I start with the shield because it blocks any damage.
Next I buy the gloves, the attackspeed is very welcome in early game.
With the finished shoes I can start to build the Mask of Madness.
I think it gives you an advantage in early an mid game and you can gank very fast many enemys.
It helps also to get fast life back.
Skull Basher is a musthave for PA because heros like Riki cant escape from your attacks and the stun prevents them to become invisible.
Its a good midgame item.
Next I start to build Mealstorm, Gloves gives you more attackspeed and the completed Item gives you more damage and chain lightning and let you clear creeps waves very quick.
Next is Butterfly...it gives you a +35% chance to dodge with blur you got 70%...
At least I complete Mjolnir and Abyssal Blade.
