Hi! This will be my 2:nd guide and this guide is also from personal experience and i am not going to change it how any other think it is. But anyway 
Ursa Aka FuzzyWuzzy is one of my main characters that i play usually. And i have played this char since the first DotA but anyway i hope you find this guide helpful to become a good jungler and roamer with him.

(I know that he has changed name to Ulfsaar but he will always be FuzzyWuzzy for me)
Ulfsaar the Warrior is the fiercest member of an ursine tribe, protective of his land and his people. During the long winters, while the mothers sleep and nurse their cubs, the males patrol the lands aboveas tireless, vigilant defenders of their ancient ways. Hearing dim but growing rumors of a spreading evil, Ulfsaar headed out beyond the boundaries of his wild wooded homeland, intending to track down and destroy the threat at its source, before it could endanger his people. He is a proud creature with a bright strong spirit, utterly trustworthy, a staunch ally and defender.
I usually get the Quelling Blade for quicker kills and if there would be a 
Nature's Prophet int the other and he would 
Sprout me i could just use the Quelling Blade to escape and if possible kill him. And when i jungle i check the big camps for some fairly easy neutrals to kill and if not i go to the small camps and i stack them like 2 times and then i kill them by now i am either level 2 or 3 so you have level 1 in Overpower and level 2 in Fury Swipes and now i usually have a 
Ring of Basilius and on my way to the Vladmir's Offering and when you have it you rush Power Treads or if you want to be faster then go 
Phase Boots i usually go Power Treads for the nice attack speed bonus and small attribute bonus but.
