Always go to the lane that can be pulled, simply because you can execute an easy gank. Go behind the trees, cast W and go in to stun. Go with another stun or slow hero, Ogre Magi, Witch Doctor, etc. Anyone with a stun is great for the job. Simply farm your way towards boots, or if you're doing exceptionally well in your lane, get midas as your first item. Followed by phase boots, simply because you want to go through the crowds of creeps stopping you from throwing the W.
Get your Shadow blade as soon as possible, because once you do, the stuns will be guaranteed. You start your W and go invisible, once the marker is at around 1.5 or 1.0, cast it at the unsuspecting victim, then add the Acid spray to take away the armor and bash at him till he dies while you are in your chemical rage. The Mjollnir will help you in your farm, attack speed, and ganking capabilities. You will cleave through the waves of creeps with the lighting, gaining easy amounts of gold thanks to your E. If you are worried about the enemy team's CC, get a BKB.
If you haven't won by now, get either a Desolator, Assault Cuirass, or Abyssal Blade. Whichever one your team does not possess.
