This build is geared more towards someone who is going to be pushing towers then becoming a Hard carry at the end of the game. If you are wanting to be more of a gank into Hard carry look at my gank pusher guide.
The key differences are going to be that with the ganker build you will pick your boots of choice then Build a shadow first followed by a Desolator. The BKB is situational if the opposing team has little to no stuns or nukes don't buy the BKB! If they do then buy the BKB next this will optimize ganking. Follow up with the Mjollnir and Boots of travel Vanguard is situational if you need extra tankiness get it if you want something different that is your choice.
The reason you want to start tanky then make Tranquil boots is because this build is based around farming you need to be able to stay in lane to maximize exp and gold. In lane you will finish your boots this should come close to when you run out of tango's. You should have put a point in 'Berserkers rage' first to help you get more last hits.
Once you finish your Tranquil's you will want to go straight for Maelstrom or Helm of the Dominator this is going to be decided based on how you are doing in lane. If you still have tango's when you have your tranquil boots that means you aren't being harassed much so delay the Helm and go for Maelstrom first.
The order you buy these in is completely up to you. If the other team has tons of stuns get the BKB first. If your team needs you to push you will want to start on the Mjollir immediately. If you are getting more focus fire then you would like, then you may want to get the Vanguard first. The MKB is optional if you decided you want to get a manta instead then that will would work, the MKB is for extra damage and true strike if your opponent has evasion then MKB is a great idea. When you have money get boots of travel to do fun back door pushes or just to escape Troll's fervor and Ulti allows him to push really well.
