Queen of Pain (Akasha) is a very good ganker having a blink, slow, and two nukes, I suggest playing her in one lane until about level 6 or 7 then going and ganking a lane, she can play very aggresive in lane too by coming from behind using shadow strike and scream of pain then blinking back to your lane mate and minions or just blinking into range and shadow strike then back up can do good damage while slowing them, overall queen of pain is very aggressive and does really good damage but can get taken down easily if focused.
to lane you should stay back behind your creeps until you are ready to blink in and get some damage on your enemies, scream of pain is a very good last hitter on enemy heroes or minions, make sure you have enough health so you wont die because if you get stunned and can't blink out you might be in big trouble.
To gank you should have them pushed out away from tower then blink in and slow with shadow strike after that quickly use scream of pain and auto attack some if you want the last hit wait till they are low enough them sonic wave to ensure the kill.
Blink on queen of pain is a very useful skill on her, it can be used to escape ganks or even gank, blink saves your butt sometimes if your on low health and your getting chased down it can even make you dodge tower hits if used before the tower hits you, it helps you escape skill shots, tower hits, ganks, and chases, so it is very useful, it can also be used offensively, by getting in range to nuke, gank, and blinking in to last hit. overall blink is very useful on queen of pain in survivability and kills.
