If they 5 man all the time you should skip orchid.
But otherwise you should. Clinkz is an intensive ganker and gets his advantage mostly by ganking.

Just a comment on orchid: You explained very well why it's a good item and I agree with that.
However, I don't think orchid is 100% core. It's an item really good for pick offs. But, if you can't pick anyone off (enemy team is just 5 manning all the time) it's not really a good item.
What I'm suggesting is, if you know the enemy team will 5 man a lot, skip the orchid and buy a fighting item.
