Afraid to be redundant, but this build has very little unconventional about it. The only things I would consider is just skipping Arcane Boots and going as fast as possible for the Mekansm. After that you could get Arcane, but Boots of Speed is enough.

Also, at level 6 you are trading 2 strong spells for 75 mana of Chakra Magic. I understand why you want to max Illuminate and Chakra Magic, nothing special there, but 1 point in your Ulti doesn't hurt.

Can't really say your build is that unconventional. An early Illuminate max is the right thing to do, coupled with an early Chakra Magic max, you'll dominate the lane early game. Only thing unconventional I see is Arcane Boots, but hey, if it works for you, it works for you.

A couple heroes to add to your Good Teammates:

Phantom Lancer, Phantom Assassin, Night Stalker: Casting Chakra Magic on these guys lets them spam their Q ability on cooldown, which combined with Illuminate, demolishes lanes.

Tinker: His abilities have low cooldown, but huge mana cost. With a KOTL around giving free mana, he essentially carries the game.

Agreed, it is not really unconventional, my only issue is that you do not level the ult early on, my preference would be early just simply for the Blinding Light which is useful in team fights. The mana boots is also kind of a waste because you could use the 1000 gold for other support items such as more wards etc.
