We all know opinions are like... well everyone has them.
Here's my opinion to which I have developed over having about a couple thousand hours in game and more wins with Drow than I care to mention.
There are only 2 things you need to know as far as Drow goes:
1. Speed
2. Damage
Everything else is secondary. Speed Damage, Speed Damage, Speed Damage.
Forget frost arrows and everything you've heard about them, they give you cancer.
