Pros:
Best range ingame, they can't hit you or cast spells at you at 950 range.
Very annoying passive.
Can carry whole team and chase down enemies.
Nice agility/intelligence gain.
Can burst down a lot of damage.
Cons:
Very low strenght gain.
Can be killed easily.
Very vulnerable to spells.
Low starting armor.
No escape skill.
However my build helps minimizing his weaknesses.
Some of you must be wondering, why a blink dagger instead of a shadow blade?
The answer is pretty simple, shadow blade is a ganking item, tp scroll, blink dagger and force staff are escaping items, it also lets you position yourself better.
Mask of madness is obvious, and it's nice because it stacks with eye of skadi.
Eye of skadi lets you help your team and chase down enemies and it also provides some nice stats, including hp which you lack a lot, and a lot of mana regeneration and pool to spam ultimates.
Daedulus is obvious.
Butterfly is obvious aswell, it also provides nice evasion against other ranged heroes.
Desolator is not a good idea since it's armor reduction doesn't scale well into the late game, and it also doesn't stack with life steal.
Mjollnir is just stupid, since your damage won't scale, it only serves as a farming purpose.
Shadow blade as escape item is for idiots, it drags you down once they use dust.
Force staff works nicely, but blink dagger is better for this ultra OP ranged attack.
Black King Bar helps you making you more durable.
Monkey King Bar fights evasion effectively.
