This is the early game effectiveness build, but there are several ways to play him.

There's the MoM build which is here, this build is for maximizing mid game effectiveness to counter semi-carries, but it suffers heavily if he doesn't snowball.
Midas -> brown boots -> morbid mask -> treads -> MoM

There's Battlefury rush which is more GPM, but needs more farming time. It also gives him some much needed mana regen. This is probably the most stable choice in most games.
Ring of health -> brown boots -> battlefury -> treads

Lastly there's the super greedy build which is Ring of health into midas into battlefury, which gets absolutely scary with 700+ GPM as little as 25 minutes into the game. You need a great team to pull this off, in which case you probably could have won with one of the other builds.
Ring of health -> midas -> brown boots -> battlefury -> treads

As for lategame, you did it right going Mjollnir as the first big item, but scepter is better in super late game when the match can be decided by how often you are capable of using your ulti. Butterfly is very situational, and doesn't give you all that much for the cost, usually a daedelus is a better choice.

Overall this guide was poorly formatted and fleshed out, but the idea at the base of it all wasn't bad, it just needs expanding.

Sorry mate, but posting a screenie of a game where you went 41-0 doesn't say much about the effectiveness of the guide. It was obviously just a stomp and you probably could have done whatever you want.

I played Void solomid once against Invoker and went 36-5.
Does that mean solomid Void is legit? NO
Does it mean my enemies where horribly bad? YES

Also: all the stuff from the other comments obviously

This is honestly one of the worst guides I have ever seen. It looks very sloppy and cheapo. There are only few blocks of text, no formatting, no effort was put into this guide. Explanations are very poor or does not exist at all. I wish I could un-read that.

He's right. The largest portion of this guide is copied, the rest is concise and generally not useful. And the skill build is not the best. -1
