I would emphasize the pushing/split pushing capabilities of ursa once you got vlads and rosh: the 5 armor bonus vlads gives to your creeps is just huge and allows for easy and fast split pushes and since your best timing window is the midgame it is very important to take advantage of this aspect to gain map control for the late game.
