I use this as my default build for Jugg. It gives Jugg more then just relying on his ult and blade fury to get things done. This build is very flexible and I often change it depending upon who I'm faced up against. But for the most part I don't stray too far from these selected items. I think you will find that these work the best.
First blood as jug should be a given. try to lane with a character who has a stun. Don't be afraid to use a little creativity if things aren't working! :D
But most importantly have fun with this build and tweak it as much or as little as you want.
