Simple Disruptor Guide (aka how to not be a scrublord)

I could recommend level all skills up first after you got first level on ulti, because ultis levels doesn't make huge difference in battlefield, other skills levels do.

Tango/Salve/Clarity/3xBranches will give more survivability at the start of the game.

A fast Perseverance and Bloodstone might probably work well for Disruptor. And then maybe Shiva or Scythe

i agree with workpants, refresher orb is a terrible idea, distruptor has low cool downs to begin with. He dosent really need a **** to of mana regen either, at beginning game he tends to burn through it fast but around lev 10, that problem tends to go away. I would probably choose different items to farm for, but thats just my opinion.

As of DotA 6.74, Static Storm isn't improved by Aghanim's Scepter in any capacity.

Refresher Orb isn't a strong pickup on Disruptor for a multitude of reasons:
Static Storm only has an 85s cd (compare to the 160+ cooldowns of Ravage, Black Hole and Sanity's Eclipse), stacking Silence makes no difference, and the stats/cost of Refresher Orb are horrible. Veil of Discord, Shiva's Guard, Scythe of Vyse and the like are all indisputably more effective on Disruptor than Refresher Orb.

I don't agree with the choice of naked Soul Booster either.

Played with this build just a moment ago and it worked well for me. Went 3/7/20. My team was all carries (Axe/Sniper/Storm/Spectre), so this build really worked well as the support role. Just a minor edit on the guide, the 3rd skill for static storm is mia. Other than that, definitely +1 brother.
