Starting

Justification:

Phase Boots: I choose Pboots cuz they give more damage, plus more speed to run from your enemys when they try to chase you.

Double Wraith Bands: I choose them because they are a cheap way to get more hp and damage in the early and mid game plus your poison attack it gives a lot of damage.

Manta Style: I choose Manta cuz its a item that gives you more speed, more damage, more attack speed and last but not least it gives you more killing power with the shadows.

Aghanim's Scepter: I choose the aghanim's because the item increases your ultimate's damage and duration being really overpower and reduces cooldown to 12 sec's.

Butterfly: Butterfly is the best item to agility carry's, cuz they give you a lot of agility(speed, attack speed, armor) and 30% of evasion.

Heart of Terrasque: I choose this item just for the surviving, cuz it gives a lot hp and life regn.
