I've been thinking, why Skull Basher? You got slow from Curse of Avernus and poison slow from Orb of Venom, so the enemy is pretty slow if you hit, and you don't need a stun item anymore. Sange and Yasha will do good, the Maim will add the slow so you get triple slow! Btw where are Build 2's items?

Sometimes slows aren't enough - if the hero in question has good mobility skills (e.g. that can override slows), is channelling (e.g. tp scroll), has magic immunity or is otherwise happy to fight then they don't really do much. The Skull Basher gives good effects anyway - more strength (more HP, more damage) and damage - you have plenty of attack speed from Curse of Avernus already.

The main thing is that Skull Basher makes you really hard to ignore - if you're getting hurt and stunned by somebody then you've got to do something about it, you can stop TP's - basically you become a real pain. It's also 1150g cheaper.

Great guide, Abaddon is one of my most played heroes, maybe now I can actually play him well!

MoM and Armlet arent bouth Orbs?
How can they stack and be a good combo?

Armlet of Mordiggian isn't an orb.

I don't think Armlet is an orb... Unless I'm terribly mistaken.

And yes, it's only so high because it's Sando.

Yeah, fair enough.

That makes sense :)
