This build is for pure - dedicated roam - NO LANING AT ALL
All runes should be yours - with our without bottle.
The early stats will give you enough mana to get 2 stuns off in quick succession - don't be afraid to die without sandstorm, better to ensure that kill with that extra stun and die - and allow your laners to keep farming.
SK roaming build only works when roaming in pairs - good roaming partners
