Well I disagree with taking Causatic Finale at lvl 1. At lvl 1 SandKing MUST learn BURROWSTRIKE AT ALL COST!!!! and 1 lvl of Sandstorm is always needed for multiple reasons.

Statistically it does do more damage, and in a shorter period of time.

10 pulses at rank 3 R, let's say that's 100% damage
With Veil - 125% damage

12 pulses with Agh's and rank 3 R, that's 120% damage IF you stay in range

Veil is basically half the price of a sceptre, it must be noted, too.
