Hello I'm CNP9 and Sand king is one of my favorite heroes.
I'm a good Player and I may put here some replays
So here it is my build which i think it's the best I'll make some other guides of my favourite heroes which are BREWMASTER my favourite and another like Luna and Tuskar and Doom Bringer and Ancient Appariton.

Is 3rd ability is the first to put because of farming! For me Sand King Is the best Farmer in the world of Dota and farming a lot like i do I always do the whole combination of itens i showed up there. Sand Storm could be usefull in the beggining but it's more to escape u can use it to escape and wait 3 seconds and use dagger and there you go.
BURROW STRIKE IS REALLY GOOD IT TAKES A LOT OF DAMAGE AND IT'S A INCREDIBLE GOOD STUN
SANDSTORM COULD BE GOOD FOR HARRASING BUT IT'S MORE FOR ESCAPE ALTOUGH IT TAKES A LOT OF DAMAGE
CAUSTIC FINALE THE FARMING FACTORY ABILITY IT IS INCREDIBLE GREAT AT THE BEGGINING BECAUSE IT FARMS A LOT AND IT TAKES DAMAGE TO HEROES TOO!!!!
EPICENTER A REALLY FEARED ULT IT'S INCREDIBLE POWERFULL ALTOUGHT IT NEEDS 2 SECOND CHANNELING NOTHING THAT A DAGGER OR BKB DONT SOLVE
A lot of people ask which boots to choose and arcane is not the ones! because in the end arcane will be useless power treads gives a lot of speed and attack speed which is good for last hitting and Sand King with is farming ability needs it. you can either choose to put in strenght form or intelligence but i choose strenght. Arcane is useless because it gives you mana which you need BUT the robe of magi or the staff of wizardry from aghanis or drums gives you plenty of mana so you dont need that all mana from arcane that's why I CHOOSE TREADS BUT IF YOU WANT GO FOR ARCANE
Drums Give some Intelligence and Attack Speed And Movement Speed but if you dislike you can choose another item like Blade Mail or BKB.
DAGGER AND AGHANIS ARE SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO IMPORTANT!
Battle Fury is Totally rejected because u dont need to farm if you have your 3rd ability.
Refresher is uselless: 1st- because it costs a lot and there are others itens way better than refresher 2nd- with aghanis your epicenter cooldown will be 50 and that's nothing so dont make refresher.
If you think tarrasque is too expensive go for a BKB which grants you invulnerability to magics which is good to your epicenter but if you have dagger it wont be necessary, if you like lifesteal, which i dont recommend i would choose vladimirs, maybe you'll need to counter a good carry or a fed pudge or riki you should do Blade Mail, Crystalys/Daedalus is for those guys who are Obsessed with damage so if you like do it but SK is not a really mellee hero but it could be, Shadow Blade could be usefull to trap some heroes in some situations.
You can choose to go Jungle but dont just go for some minutes when you miss some gold for some item or if you want but creeping in the lanes is way better and faster but i creep a bit too in the jungle.
