Should really be maxing your blast by level 7 though, 1-3-5-7 and if that is the case, then I think the best thing to do is blast-decrep-blast-ward-blast-lifedrain-blast
Because by level 7, you'll want the ult, the lvl 4 blast, and at least a lvl in the other two. Waiting til 9 to max blast seems silly imo.
that point in stats at level 2, is really bugging me - I don't see the point of levelling it.. :s
