This is a pretty good build but there are a few thing i would point out:
1. You put Dagon under late-game in your build yet Dagon is a bad item to get late as the damage on it is only useful if you get it early. I would put Dagon under Situational as another option instead of Aghanims.
2. You get more out of one big item than a couple of small ones so I would say either: finish your orchid before you start on Aghanims/Dagon or skip the oblivion staffs and make them after Agha/Dagon.
3. Refresher Orb is NOT a good item for Prophet as it gives him HP and MP regen that he doesn't need in late-game and the active is bad as it only lets you double ulti every 160 seconds so it doesn't help much with your farming. Refresher is only really good with very high CD ultis that need to be casted in quick succession in a team fight for example Tide's ulti.
4. A good late-game item for Prophet is Scythe of Vyse as it gives him some tankiness, attack speed and damage, not to mention the 3.5 second disable to shut down enemy carries, something that he lacks naturally. Also, Shiva's guard is very useful on him as it gives him armor and Int for damage, a powerful debuff aura for carries and a powerful AoE slow.
