I think your guide deserve more upvote, even if it is note visually pleasant for now.
This guide fits 6.82 Meta and I definitely agree with you about how Brood should be played : early dominance, midgame prudence, lategame teamfights. Soul Ring and Hand of Midas are really easy to buy quickly on this hero, and you basically don't need items to stomp your lane.
Please add some color, links to items and pictures for a more pleasant read.
You should alor add regular sections such as Pros and Cons, Skill explanations, etc. because your guide won't attract the newbie kind of people without them.
I hope you are not done with this guide since it is the more relevant on Dotafire right now.
Ok, first off you gotta check this guide: Dr.D guide to formatting. It helped me a lot when I wrote my own guide. Use it to make your guide a bit easier to read, then I'll comeback for comments.

Black King Bar is a must, Daedalus, Butterfly and Abyssal Blade are good lategame items in any circumstances.
I like the fact that you mentioned Orchid Malevolence and Vladmir's Offering as situational items, and also that you consider "wierd" items on agi heroes like Scythe of Vyse.
