So what do you do if you do not "got lots of kills with the Basher from the early stages" because your enemies played defensive and stick together or you just had a bad early game and can't afford the BKB anytime soon? Now you are a non factor:
No way to farm effectively (no Battlefury/Midas).
Can get easily locked down or nuked due to low hp and no BKB.
Provides nothing for pushing towers except for rightclick.
All you do for your team is use the slow of Stiffling Dagger to get single pickoffs. That means, with a 1 Position PA like yours, all your enemy has to do is play it slow and greedy since they will easily outfarm you.
I dislike the Battlefury first build myself but yours looks pretty all-in to me. You totally rely on snowballing.
PS: Ditch a branch and get a Salve.
PPS: Playing your PA as a Solo Mid however could be working out - if you get a good match-up and get a lot of ganking on.
I think I will try Maelstrom + Drum of Endurance next time, but I do notice the Mana regen from BF helpful, also the cleave interact better with Lifesteal UAM (which people usually build for Phantom Assassin)
If they clump up, yes, but who'd clump up against a Battlefury PA aside from n00bs? Perhaps it would work with a Dark Seer and an AoE Disable, but that's about it. Not counting Magnus of course, he already gives you Cleave. <}3
I wouldn't recommend this, even if you get it at 11 minutes, you're going to be afk Farming for a while meaning your Team is essentially 4 vs 5 for at least the first 20 minutes, Phase Boots + Drum of Endurance + Maelstrom is better early on if you want a Farming build. It makes a fun counter against Illusion Heroes though. 8{D
Battle Fury needs to be there asap for farming tho,

and early game AS (even from Phantom Strike) wouldn't reliably proc Bash. And BKB is almost always needed, as Blur only gives durability on Physical side. One more note, Dagger should be maxed first if you don't go Fury.

Brown boots into Skull Basher? Really? At the very least, I'd take Phase Boots and BKB first. You don't necessarily need the bash since PA's single target damage is already high, but you will have to purchase a Black King Bar if you want to do something in teamfights without getting stopped.
Also, if you don't rush a Battle Fury just forget it. A Monkey King Bar, for instance, would do much more at the 35 minute mark than a BF.
lol did you just post 2 same guides ? O_O anyway img links broken :P, also you can do stuff like Phantom Assassin by typing {{phantom assassin}} but replace the {{ with [[.

Battle Fury have good synergy with Coup de Grace tho.

I agree strongly with this though ^
