I didn't see Refreshner Orb as an item to be used with Chaos Knight. Already low mana pool makes hard to cast spells, which are highly needed in battle. 375 mana is a huge amount. Also, Phantasm illusions do not stack.
Octarine Core is an item I haven't tried, but would be a great asset, since you can wreak havoc with Phantasm more often.
I like to get Manta Style on every game after Heart of Tarrasque. Those pesky illusions make opponent's head spin from 7 Chaos Knights.
