Introduction
hello, this the my first guide on a very hard character to master. THE GUARDIAN WISP!! (or IO) But when used right he is the most annoying character to face. If you are 1k< mmr u may be thinking, WHAT!!! ALL THE REAL ANNOYING HEROES ARE Sniper,Phantom Assassin, Ursa, Slark! (basically all the "OP heroes") Well guess what! The heroes who do huge damage in all stages of the game will do nothing because of Overcharge (damage reduction) and because you heal 24/7 escape 24/7 and if they focus on you, the carry will (hopefully) realize he is not dead and kill them. Alright I made him look pretty, but there are down falls like ALL Dota heroes.
Pros / Cons
PROS:
1.Can save your teammates and yourself with 2 clicks
2.Global Ults is every bodies favorite
3.securing kills is easy
4.he gets you commends and mmr easily
CONS:
1. LITERALLY NO STARTING ARMOR
2. misclicking will cost you more than ever and probably will get you reported for it
3. This is kinda like No. 2 but leaving any of your toggled abilities on = your bad at the hero
4. SUPER HARD TO MASTER and requires teammates that are not dumb!(You know, "mute everybody and go mid!" people? yeah...) ALSO you cant practice with bots as cuz of reasons.

TETHER
All right with that out of the way, lets go. tether is your best move, WELLL thats what your teammates will say because there getting the benefits from it. Ok don't look at the movement speed and think that is pretty cool
NO!!! this is the reason why you save yourself 400 gold in early game due to its "pretty cool" movement speed you don't waste money on boots that is impossible to wear BUT THE GAME ALLOWS FOR SOME REASON (anyway) get your self a fast bottle! and use courier!!! One charge from side shop? NO!!! with this build you should get bottle around 1 min so your mid won't pity himself one bit. :)
SPIRITS
Maxing this out will burst out 500 DAMAGE (thats AOE to an extent).It scales tremendously compared to Overcharge, as it levels up quite well, but not as good like a good Nuke(s). Tether does not level up well either as speed is cool but that's it. therefor Wisp is (for a lot of players) is the only option to max out first.
OVERCHARGE
ahh. Who doesn't love it when the enemy cries like a 2-year-old?
You see, overcharge isn't that costly, honestly! If you want to save that storm spirit mid it should be Overcharge, 2 bottle charges, and then he is maxed out(ish) THAT IS 5 SECONDS!!! which really wont make any problems for you either as bottle is for you too.
RELOCATE
This is a tremendous ability, but it is VERY DANGEROUS for you. A lot can happen in 12 seconds and you have no vision of those 5 heroes standing on this little circle. So there is two ways of going about this. 1. you bring back that teammate and kick butt as both of you should be geared out by now OR you cancel the tether and hope u can tether to a creep. And please, don't waste this on a stupid/under farmed teammate, this cool down is no joke and keep in mind if someone get bursted don't pity over them! this is not 12 seconds of safety for you
ITS 12 SECONDS OF YOU NOT DOING YOUR JOB (healing/mana) do this ult if you want to drag out the fight as long as possible. Also don't relocate that antimage!!! he has a blink get it right!
