Lifestealer is the one of the best carries in the game. With your free bkb and lifesteal, you can NOM NOM NOM NOM lots of heroes specially tanky ones.
You can jungle with lifestealer but this build is for laning.
Also this is my first guide. ^^
Pro's
-Can easyly kill tanky heroes
-Can survive in a team fight with Rage and Feast
-Has a good slow
-Can carry late game
Con's
-Not very strong early game
-Need items
-Can killed by hard carries like Faceless Void or Phantom Assasin
-Have no stuns
-Not very tanky
Friends
Any hero with good slow or stun can get you an easy kill. Example: Shadow Shaman , Crystal Maiden , Lion , Venomancer , Vengeful Spirit
Foes
Heroes with evasion , physical damages and strong disables can kill you. Heroes like Ursa , Faceless Void , Phantom Assasin , Bane or Beastmaster.
Hand of Midas: If you want more gold and attack speed you can buy one. But if you dont have enough last hits just go for boots or armlet.
Black King Bar: Buy this if there is too many disables and your Rage isnt enough. Also gives you some damage and hp.
Butterfly: Very good item if you want attack speed and more survive abilty.
Monkey King Bar: For Brewmaster , Phantom Assasin and heroes with Butterfly or Halberd.
Heart of Tarasque: Makes you tanky and if you infest a creep you can come out with full hp.
Sange and Yasha: Gives you attack speed , movements speed , HP and damage.
