Hi guys, Windery here. I won't be talking much, because I have bad english. I'm from Malaysia. Here's how I build my PHANTOM ASSASSIN. Love her since Dota 1, she gives me a feel of a ninja. I've been trying out all kind of items to improve P.A's ability to fight, stuff like 
Shadow Blade, 
Desolator, 
Mask of Madness, 
Vanguard. But still, they can be use in some situations. This build that I'm going to share is more useful and more on an agressive style. Tanker + Initial... Explanation on why I'll use those items will be share below. Please give me some comments or vote the builds by posting the number of the builds so I can improve, Thank you.

Explanation on items
1. Phase Boots- helps you to escape by movement speed, or chasing a low hp opponent. P.B gives damages too. Meantime don't worry about attack speed, cause you might need another item that will slow the heck out of your enemy, and the best thing it's cheap!
2. Orb of Venom- with this you will be able to slow your enemy further, other then using your dagger. OoV gives overtime poison too. Great for early kills.
3. Vladmir's Offering VS 
Helm of the Dominator
(5 points why Vladmir's Offering)
-Vlad do gives you mana regen. HOD don't.
-Vlad give AOE AURA, HOD don't.
-Vlad does not have orb effect. HOD yes.
-Vlad's lifesteal 16% vs HOD 15%
-Vlad damages aura 15%(by percent) vs HOD 20damage.
4. Black King Bar(BKB)- I prefer this item to be next straight after Vladmir, I seen a lot of P.A getting BF Battlefury first. I felt that's a big mistake. To be able to kill, first protect yourself. Because once you are in a gang fight, u can't blink into the group without protection from BKB. I understand why others would like BF first, to get hp and mana regen from perseverance, and you can get higher damage from BF. But~, whats the point of having so much damage and you can't protect yourself from stunners? HP and MP, Vladmir can support you that. Once you get BKB, your damages increase, your critical goes higher and you gain more HP absorb because of your damage.
5. Battle Fury (BF)- BF would be good with Vladimir's Offering because of the damage percentage given.
6. Last but not least- Assault Cuirass- More attack speed more rate for your ultimate, and harder for your enemy to kill you.
Optional Tips
1. Once you get Phase Boots, Poor Man's Shield, Vladmir's Offering, Black King Bar. You are always always ready to call your team mates for Roshan. Believe it or not you can tank Roshan.
