Same like Peppo, I'm not a Spirit Breaker fan so I don't play him much. That being said, I wouldn't take both Mask of Madnessand Armlet of Mordiggian together in the early game. Know that most experienced players will not walk around alone when there's a Spirit Breaker in the game, having these both (assuming you activate both) will cause you to take too much damage, making you have to go back to the fountain after each gank, so it's better you pick one (preferbly Armlet of Mordiggian) then go for a Maelstrom for more attack speed instead of Mask of Madness.
I'm not a very good Spirit Breaker player myself, but I wouldn't pick an Urn of Shadows since 875 extra gold make the difference when you're trying to finish an Armlet of Mordiggian. Also, you would have 6 items (without counting Town Portal Scrolls) before even getting your BKB! For this reason, you could also skip the Bracer if you want. The skill build and the rest of the items look fine, though you might want to prioritize the Assault Cuirass even in the item build order.
About the second build, you might want to pick up Sange and Yasha before Vladmir's Offering to get early movement speed; it really helps in my opinion.
DOTAFire is the place to find the perfect build guide to take your game to the next level. Learn how to play a new hero, or fine tune your favorite DotA hero’s build and strategy.
Apart from that, it is a rather complete guide.
