I usually wouldn't buy it at all unless i was pos 3/4 - which would be a waste of the hero's potential.
Also Do not forget Bloodpack for BS which can heal allies tremendously. (500Hp+30Hp/Charge)

Late game, refresher gives the regen you need.
So thats just preference but still a guide worth an upvote. Will help newbies definitely.
