I am no meepo player myself .But I think your guide misses something.
I ve seen good players playing meepo like meepwn.
Skadi doesnt stack with earthstrike (also you already have great slow) and even if it did I think its way too much money for what you get.
Also all aura items shouldnt be on situational.
Good guide though.

Waaaait...How are you supposed to build Ethereal Blade without the Ghost Scepter?

By the way,if you put item names in betwen these:[](double each side),they get linked to the dotafire database like:
Meepo
Ethereal Blade
Poof.

Also i don't understand why you would boots early on hard lane unless your going to rush it into Tranq, and even then surely you would get ring of regen and ring of protection first? The extra ms doesn't really provide you with much. Usually thought boots was for escape / chasing.

Your explanation seemed a bit slap dash as in "Why not, can't be bad if you're just gonna sit in Xp range and do nothing else". Yet what stops the enemy just pushing you out of that range, most likely with this passive play you will have no lane control, what stops them harassing you, or denying every creep.

Rest seems fine :D, although I always saw manta as situational xD but those extra images are lol.
Its fun for mind games.

I did mentioned that unless you should only get Ghost Scepter if you're upgrading it to Ethereal Blade. If you're taking the hard lane and your opponent is not letting you farm, you can't possibly force yourself to win the lane. So, just leech exp. Furthermore, you shouldn't take the hard lane.

@Crowfeather
Yes, your opponents may try to push you out of 1200 range of the creeps to prevent you from leeching exp. You really have no choice but to back off. Often, if you're soloing, this is a big problem. But, if you are not, your lane partner may be able to help you. Also, getting a Boots early is gonna help. There should always be a courier bought by your team, get your Ring of Protection later from your base is fine. It's difficult to explain what I'm trying to say here. You really need to be in such situation to experience it. You may end up doing well!

I must disagree with the items build. First never get a heart. Ever. The health regain will only go on the main. If you are in desperate need of health just stop at the reaver. You should not really get a Skati the stats and slows are good but manta is much better.

For early game you need lots of auras. I highly suggest vlads and mek. Once you have those you can solo rosh with 3 meepo's. You could get treads if you really want but tranquil boots are invaluable you have such a low hp pool with meepo they will heal most of your life even late game.

I like the game play part and Blink is core +1

Yes, Heart's HP Regen only works on the main Meepo but eventually, you need to get as much STR as possible with one slot by getting Heart. You can get the Reaver and keep it first. Then, work on another item while keeping your Reaver. I'm not stopping you from buying recipe components and not upgrading it immediately when you have the gold.

About Vlad and Mekansm...
As mentioned in my guide, you shouldn't get Mekansm if you are going to play as a hard-carry Meepo. If you wanna take Roshan as early as possible, get someone else to buy them (especially Mekansm) or you can build a Medallion of Courage yourself which I did not mention. I personally haven't bought MoC before when playing Meepo.

I feel that some of you may continue to disagree but that's fine. Like I said, I like versatile people. You really don't have to follow exactly what this guide says. But, I can't find a reason to buy any of the "Rejected Items". This guide is like giving you a picture of how a hard-carry Meepo should be played.
