The only thing i like about this build is the skill order: allows for some nice early kills and lane domination with a competent baby sitter. Actually there is no point in getting your ulti at level 11, since the poison dps from your level 1 ulti works on towers and gives you some decent pushing power (2 ultis and you destroy a tower at level 6).
I definitely agree with the Soul Ring, but the Phase Boots are a poor choice on DK imho since if you are a little competent you can use Power Treads switching to cast even more Breathe Fires and the attack speed really helps while you are in Elder Dragon Form.
I usually go for Helm of the Dominator after Power Treads and Soul Ring to start stacking ancients. Then the build really depends on what the enemy team picked, but usually Black King Bar should be your first major item.

It's frowned upon to get both because if the lightning is proc'ing when you really need that 175% lifesteal you are just screwing yourself over. If you want attacks speed you're better off getting an assault cuirass...the extra +15 armor will make you practically invulnerable against physical attacks combined with his +12 passive armor

Mjollnir or Mjölnir is pronounced Me-'ol-n(ee)r, and there's no reason you can't get both Mjollnir and Satanic, Mjollnir only overrides when it procs and Satanic provides a good amount of STR. You also may want to consider leveling your ult at 6, 15, and 16; as the splash from level 2 is not as beneficial as singling out a target with your poison.

In terms of the guide, turn caps lock off. I get it, its supposed to be humorous, but your sacrificing reader interest to get the idea across. All titles and subtitles should be in caps, but your body shouldn't be. Also, I don't think baby-blue is considered manly, or at least from my perspective.

All these caps hurt my eyes. The guide is good though, but maybe you should reconsider Power Treads over Phase Boots: I don't say that they are always better, but with a 2.5 seconds stun you might need attack speed over damage, sometimes. But anyway the movement speed increase is nice, I've never thought about it.
