Reason For Skill and Item Build

I get the first sage as a starter item for 1 big reason, spam ability. I get my q first + the sage. So i can spam down creep waves as well as enemy hero's. The 1 is your major damage i feel. Your e is good, but can be hard to land. And also i prefer to save the e as an escape, and since i use it as an escape/chase i level it secondly. The w is good thats why u put an early point in it, and try to always have it active on yourself. Gives u a aoe auto attack as well as increased damage for only 40 mana every 40 secs. I build tanky for him because if u just look at him you can tell "This Guy Is A Tank!", and he is. I un him mid lane with this build, and I find it extremely effective.
