Taking Stats over Lunar Blessing at Level 2 is madness; +2 STR/AGI/INT is nothing compared to +14 damage. In my opinion, early Stats on Luna is an outdated way of playing her now that Lunar Blessing has been remade.

Your item build on the other hand is pretty much spot on. Additional considerations include Ethereal Blade and, thanks to the new Dota 2 orb mechanics, Eye of Skadi and Mjollnir. Boots of Travel is also an option for late game, replacing Power Treads/ Phase Boots.

This remains to be seen; I know her reputation isn't great, but she's a strong carry if paired with clash oriented heroes such as Enigma, Tidehunter and Warlock. Her early game is arguably superior to staples such as Anti-Mage and Morphling as well (if protected).

how does it affect her lane control, it only affects heroes

there was a competive luna before I think but I think you get more lane control with atleast one in the passive for 14 more dmg since you can outlast hit your opponent right? although the skill points are good in one sense since her Hit points are super low.

Hey! I haven't used your guide but it is there around the cookie cutter Luna, which is good. My advice with regards to guide writing would be that you want to make sure that all your planned content is finished before you publish your guide, keep in mind you can use the save feature so you don't need to do it all in one sitting!

With regards to imagery and formatting Dr.D has written up an absolutely amazing guide on how to make your guide pretty! You can find that here!

Good job so far, looking forward to seeing the finished product.
