I'm a dedicated Druid player, and unfortunately the meta shift has given Druid the nerf stick. Fear not, he's still viable, but you have to itemize and play him different than in years past.
Everything I say in here is HIGHLY CONTINGENT on your enemies. Would I play this guide against a techies? NO! As techies prolongs the game and does not want to fight directly, I might consider rushing a radiance. This guide is just that...a guide. It will suggest things, but you'll have to change your playstyle based upon who you are playing against.
