But you're right anyway Clap's better should be level 6 with 3 at clap and 2 brawler

actually i did tried it both and i think drunken is better but u choose it i think the evasion and the crit is better at 1 because it's going to be useless the thunder at level 1 doing 90 damage but ok :)

I wouldn't suggest getting Drunken Brawler at lvl 1, Thunder Clap is a lot better
