Usually Midas is ok if you can get it under 10 minutes, if you cannot get it under 10 minutes just go straight to power treads and then blink dagger, do not get shadow blade , after you use shadow blade usually you use your second skill then duel, but if u use a shadow blade it takes a couple of seconds more before u can the duel off,
Also i really suggest BKB right away after blink dagger for the survivability, legion has alot of damage , another option for it is Armlet , but it can be fairly dangerous sometimes ,
