Hi, this is going to be a guide on my personal favorite hero 
Legion Commander She is a strength hero, who is a very strong ganker, and jungler. If played correctelly Legion Commander can be strong during the entirty of a game.
Pros
-Possible built in divine rapier
-High base speed
-Insane Str gain
-Very versitile
-Can be used in most situations
-Hard to counter pick
-Ability to jungle from lvl 1
Cons
-If Duel is incorrectly used you can screw your team over
-Bad base armor
-Item dependant
-Requires good judgment
Legion Commander Has some of the strongest abilities in the game if used correctly, especially her ultimate Duel
Overwhelming Odds Turns the enemies' numbers against them, dealing damage and granting you bonus movement speed per unit or per hero. Deals bonus damage to illusions and summoned units as a percent of their current health.
Overwhelming Odds is a great ability for team fights, and chasing down enemy heroes before you get your blink dagger, that is why I recommend scaling it at level 4, so it is easier to get a Duel off.
