The Sniper is one of those characters that's easy to play and absolutely devastating in the right hands. You know,The Sniper can be one of the most deadly hero out there. If he gets fed even just a little bit, he can finish the game all by himself. Anyone can play as The Sniper.
This build focuses on rapidly building attack speed and damage to maximize the effectiveness of Sniper's range and mini-stun that are necessary for The Sniper's survivability and ownage while staying well outside of the fray.
There are a ton of great Sniper guides out there, many of them built very differently than this one. Here, we'll need a good deal of map awareness, a mastery of positioning, and a solid team. Our Sniper isn't about escaping. No, he's about raw power. You'll rely on lifesteal for your sustain, but be careful! You're still very fragile, and a dead Carry isn't useful to anybody. Mind your position and don't be afraid to spam that Ulti. The other team will learn to fear you.
P.S - Be Wise and Careful about buying the iteam and keep in mind about the Unique Attack Modifiers and Stacking.
