Kardel is a DPSer with some nice utility spells. Shrapnel provides a solid slow in a large AoE and Assassinate is a fantastic finishing move. Due to his low hp and large range, positioning is hugely important as Sniper.
Kardel is often suggested to inexperienced players. I don't think this is a good idea, but getting Lothar's can be good in this case, just to prevent feeding (in pubs).
Headshot and MKB's True Strike don't stack. Turn the MKB off unless you are against evasion or trying to take down a Tower from the low ground.
