I tried this build and it owns. Power Treads have excellent synergy with jugg, not just with omni but his attack speed overall. Better damage output than phase.
MoM synergizes with Omni beautifully. Not only that, the move speed bonus allows for excellent map control.
Agahim's Sceptor gives much needed life, some damage and mana to jugg while improving his ult and making it usable every 1.5 mins.
Very fun strat.
I would like though to see a section about how to procede if your early game was weak because you suffered a lot of harass or was effectively well ganked early on. Also, where is the third level on

If you are getting a battlefury, you shouldnt be getting an Aghs. Battlefury is a farming tool, which would make you a number 1, usually. Aghs is really more for a number 2, I would think, since you likely arent going to be able to get the potency of some other damage items (because you wont have as much gold.
Saying getting aghs isn't good because it peters off late game is kind of fally, since the way Jug is played he peters off late game too (which, to the author, 30 minutes in isn't late game)
