Hmm.. I like your build but I want to question about Heart of Terr***que. Since our friend Doom Bringer has nearly zero armor, he will be long dead before this can even activate. So, I would much prefer Bloodstone.

Secondly, where's the Shiva's Guard or Assault Cuirass? You really need the armor since Vanguard starts becoming useless sooner or later. And, if you love Heart of Terr***que so much, you can with an increased armor.
